From damaged to assessed to recommendation of clean, repair or replace
Attend Site & Pack-Out
We attend site and either pack out the affected electronics or clean them on-site, documenting and assessing everything, then reporting out.
Decontamination
Soot, smoke residue, silt or corrosion is removed from boards and housing assemblies.
Component & Board Repair
We assess each item and repair at the component or board level, replacing motors and electrical components where needed.
Testing
Full functional and safety testing under load — items are returned and reset.
Return to Site & Reset
Items are returned to site and reset to pre-claim condition.
Documentation
We document, take pictures, make use of Encircle, and report assessments, diagnosis and completed work.
